I want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are unsatisfied with any item, I offer a full refund if the item is returned in its original condition within 10 days of ship date. Ordering

To place an order, simply click the "Add to Cart" button displayed by the picture. Your item will be added to your shopping cart.

Custom Orders
I love fulfilling the unique needs of my customers, and I welcome custom requests. A deposit is required (usually approximately 50% of the estimated price) prior to creation of the item(s); the remaining balance will be due within 3 days of the final purchase of the item(s).

Turnaround time for custom orders is usually 1 week or sooner, depending upon the complexity of the design and the amount of items ordered.



All of my items can be made in various sizes. If you choose to have a different color scheme than one you see, simply send me a note on the contact page. Be sure to list what size, colors, and item you would like. I can take a fabric swatch, a picture, etc to try to match the bead colors.

 

Standard Shipping

Orders usually ship within 1-2 days. Custom orders may take 5-6 days to ship. Pottery could take up to three weeks to ship if it is a custom order. If you need your items by a certain date, please send me a note on the contact page and I will do my best to accommodate your preferred date. I ship using first class mail with the U.S. Postal Service. This usually takes 5-6 days.  International shipping via U.S. Postal Service will take longer.
